Cleaning packages available: Basic Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, and Rental Turnover Cleaning.
For an occupied home needing regular upkeep, start with basic cleaning. A first visit or more detailed work may fit deep cleaning. For an empty property, describe the move-out condition and whether interiors of appliances or windows need attention. After renovation, tell us what work was completed and whether other trades will still be on site.
Property size, condition, access, the selected package, and requested add-ons help determine the scope. Mention pets, occupied rooms, parking or entry instructions, and timing requirements. Confirm which tasks are included before scheduling.
For a property reset, consider whether junk removal or repair work is needed before cleaning. Include the full list of needs in your inquiry so the sequence can be discussed.
Add-on services are listed separately and may carry an additional charge. Tell us which tasks you need so they can be included in the estimate.
Discuss the completion dates of dust-producing work and any remaining trades. Agree on the work area and expected finish so cleaning is scheduled at a useful point in the project.
